As part of our commitment to promoting awareness during Elder Abuse Awareness Month, our Director of Training and Development Shelly Faulk and members of the Gwinnett County Solicitor General’s Office visited the Centerville Senior Center to engage with local seniors and raise awareness about preventing, recognizing, and reporting Elder Abuse.

During the visit, staff shared important information about common warning signs of abuse, neglect, and financial exploitation. Additionally, resources were made available to help protect older adults in the community. Outreach is part of ongoing efforts to ensure seniors are informed, supported, and safe.
