On August 20, 2025, Solicitor-General Lisamarie N. Bristol had the honor of presenting Ahimsa House with all the wonderful donations collected during our Dog Days of Summer Donation Drive. 

Thanks to the generosity of our staff and community, we were able to gather much-needed supplies that will directly support the foster pets of domestic violence victims. These items ensure that survivors can take the brave step of leaving an unsafe situation, knowing their beloved pets are cared for while they find safety and healing.

This drive represents more than just supplies—it represents compassion, hope, and a community standing together to break the cycle of abuse.
