On  May 17, 2025  the Gwinnett County Solicitor General’s Office had the pleasure of participating in the Gwinnett County Multicultural Festival, and what an amazing celebration it was!

Each vendor was assigned a country, and we were proud to represent Jamaica! From the bold flavors of Jamaican beef patties, fresh mango and pineapple to authentic Jamaican sodas, we loved sharing a taste of the island with festival goers. Our display also highlighted influential figures of Jamaican heritage who have made a global impact in sports, acting, music, politics and beyond. 

Events like this are a reminder of what makes Gwinnett County so special – our incredible diversity. With residents from all over the world, we are a vibrant and united community where every culture is recognized and celebrated.
