On March 19, 2025, Solicitor Bristol had the pleasure of advocating for Gwinnett in a different way. Solicitor Bristol, along with other Elected prosecutors, judges and members of PAC had the chance to speak to House and Senate members at the Capitol on behalf of a bill that will ease the flow of mental health cases and allow for a more efficient process for defendants charged with nonviolent misdemeanor crimes, all across the state.
Mental health continues to be a pervasive problem in our communities. Solicitor Bristol is committed to addressing the issues from multiple perspectives, which can only increase the quality of life for all of us who call Gwinnett home.
